A lot of you are overlooking what had to be done after the conversion was made. Had we allowed EZ/Yuku's automatic board conversion settings to stick, this place would look like crap, to put it lightly.
There was a lot of planning going on backstage, as the move wasn't a matter of "IF" but "WHEN". Backgrounds had to be reworked, colors and formatting had to be ironed out.
I was in IRC when our yuku site first appeared. There was one man who leaped to action, ensuring that you had the easiest conversion as possible. That man was our own dear Dr Lighthead.
Even if you don't agree with the move, I think we all need to give Lighty a hand for his quick acting. I'm assuming there were others involved in the conversion preparedness thing as well, but I'm not sure of the names.
So yeah, I figured this would be a good time to thank Lighty and the others who helped with the move. Thanks guys!

Any whining I've been doing has been purely cosmetic and comedic. In actuality, I believe a ticker tape parade for Lighthead would not be out of bounds. He's earned our praise and respect.

In terms of finding out the place had made the move, I had just been going through some threads when one click suddenly took me to the Yuku page instead of where it was supposed to. o.o
Holy effin crap, we've actually moved. Gogogo to all you who finally made it happen. Good job. =o

Yuku is just an ezboard with developers that might actually care about it.

i've been all grr, but mostly at yuku in general. ^^; i've noticed the tweaking that's been going on, and it's been making the place much more likeable! four cheers with extra huzzah!

Did a great job. Usually a lot of boards don't transfer over so well at first, but this one did really nice. 
Oh, aye, this is true, cosmeticically the board looks spiffier than ever, and the only things niggling at me are a few minor things that most other people wouldn't care about. It's like when somebody moves the sofa cushions.
It's confusing but as with everything it takes getting used to. My mac appreciates yuku better ^^

Holy crap I just noticed that my avatar got fixed. Yuku is officially ftw and biscuits.
I like that it has shortcuts for the font styles. No more "[][/]" to worry about.

Congrats to Lighty for staying on top of things, as well as anyone else involved with the move. It'll take time getting used to where things are (the mark forum link for example), but it's good that the transition went as smoothly as it did. And thank goodness all we lost were some posts in the process, unlike the EZhack that just messed up entire forums left and right.
