In Knoxville, we have a talk radio station with the call letters WNOX, which is the station Rush Limbaugh comes on; anywho, at 3 a local show comes on called the Phil Show hosted by Phil Williams. Phil everyday has a segment called "Idiots of the Day" where he tells of people acting really stupid. Well, today he had two idiots that he said really belonged in the "Those who should not breed" category. Anyway, one is about a mother who forced her kid to kill his hamster because he got bad grades, and another about a guy who accidentally killed his neighbor's dog. Ya know with these idiots I have to agree they should have never bred.
I heard about the hamster thing a few days ago... It's absolutely sick and twisted. The mother was charged with both cruelty to children and cruelty to animals. That kid is going to be traumatized for decades. =
I'd say 20 years for the man who did surgery on the dog is really excessive, though, since he obviously didn't intend to kill the poor thing. This is an entirely different situation than the previous.
You're right about the man I suppose, but it still doesn't change that fact that he's an idiot for trying to do what he did. Reading the article about the dog, it doesn't even sound like that gash was that bad to begin with so he probably could have done nothing and the dog would have been okay.
