Pull them both up side by side and you'll see the picture is more than just a tribute or homage to Conrad (the inspiration for the Joker.) It's the exact same picture, just photoshopped. Look at the wrinkles - exactly the same in both photos. The laugh lines, the crows feet, the shadows. Please stop posting the picture.

It turned up a few days ago, on the LJ of a friend of mine who's actually a professional comic book writer. He thinks it's genuine, but I can't find any other reference to the image when looking on the 'net, and I'm not convinced.
Doesn't look legit to me, either. Can't be sure, however.

5:52 PM CENTRAL: According to an MTV.COM REPORT, Michael Jai White (SPAWN) has been cast as the gangster "Gamble" in THE DARK KNIGHT.
This Gamble is the head of one of the competing gangs trying to fill the void in Gotham's criminal underworld since the "professional" demise of Carmine Falcone (as seen in BATMAN BEGINS). Sal Maroni (Eric Roberts) is heading up the Falcone Family, while this mysterious individual known as "The Joker" (Heath Ledger) represents a new breed of criminal element in Gotham.
