Did anyone catch the New season of South Park last night? WOW... <(O_o)> ( I added ears LOL)
Indiana Jones is...well...lets say "amazed" by George Lucas and Steven Speilberg.
Haven't seen the movie yet. Is it really terrible? My friends say its good.

It's not terrible. Or good. It's South Park. It has is its own classification.

That being said... a bit late to be complaining now, eh Trey & Matt? I can only assume that they were thinking of the people who've yet to see the movie by not airing something like this closer to the premiere, as they would like to at least mention one of the things they found... disturbing... about the movie.

Also...

EDIT: Oh! You were talking about the movie. My bad. ... well, my point still stands. Also: haven't seen it, now kinda wish I did but too lazy to bother.

There was a thread about Indie when the new movie came out. Mixed reviews abound.

If you enjoyed all three movies and are willing to suspend disbelief, it's a good movie. If you question things easily, it's really dumb. If you were wondering where the aliens in the X-Files movie were... they were in this movie.

WHERE THEY DIDN'T BELONG.

Pervert. >.>

But seriously, it was a funny episode. Cartman's VA is getting older though; you can tell by how deep the voice is when Cartman screams nowadays.

Cartman's VA (Treeeeey) will be 39 this month.

I believe they do some pitch-shifting to make their voices higher when the do the kids' vices.

The South Park ep was hilarious. When the boys are traumatized it's the best.

lol, Episode was AWESOME. Completely summarized my view of Indy 4.

Indy 4 relied too much on CGI special effects. Whole point of the original trilogy was to make it like the serials of the 40s and 50s... cheap and corny.

Indy 4 had too many missed opportunities (Seriously, no 30 year old Short Round? Come on!).

The scene that promptly destroyed the movie for me? Shia swinging through the trees with the monkeys... seriously? wtf

:< Shia's cool. That was a WTF scene for my brother, too, though.

I enjoyed the movie, but I thought the aliens were out of place.
As soon as it was revealed as the subject of the episode, I immediately thought of Hiro's reaction to it. 😛

I remember I used to watch South Park frequently, but stopped due to getting caught up and busy with other things instead, but the episodes of South Park I saw were pretty awesome, so I hope alot more new episodes of South Park get released.

The vine scene crippled my interest, also. Coupled with almost everything else that happened in that scene. It was so long, over the top and ridiculous. By the end of the scene (which ended after falling down a waterfall) I was so washed out from the ridiculous insanity of what I saw, that I didn't even blink when the climax of the movie happened.

Maybe that was Lucas and Speilberg's intention...

I enjoyed the movie ALL THE WAY... till the very end when the entire AZTEC POPULATION (or whatev) started crumbling, and the cliche "STAND ON HILL AND WATCH BIG ALIEN SHIP DISAPPEAR" shot.

I mean, c'mon. The movie was AWESOME... and then that happened. I would've been happy if they found a BETTER way to end it. I didn't mind the aliens thing. I mean, it makes sense. A really neat way to explain all the artifacts and stuff that are left behind on earth, (and if you can't put your imagination to that, and you still like Indie 1 - 3, need I remind you about exploding heads, melting heads, and, oh yes, thousand year old men kept alive by a drink and a room... fiction, the other white meat).

If the ending were shot differently, I think it woulda been a-ok.

As for South Park, I need to watch that ep.

South park Ep..I just caught it on a whim and loved it.

But indy 4 was fun, as Jin said. The last like 25 min was like "Come on really?"

That South Park Ep was hilarious. I may actually catch more of them due to that ep xD.
