Yeah, I heard about this on Fox News during the 8 o'clock hour; I'm really sad to hear it but unlike Michael, etc., it's not too shocking as he's been battling cancer for awhile. I pray for his family.
Yea...I love Patrick! I just saw this too...a few minutes ago. R.I.P. Mr. Swayze.

Me and my mom loved his movies, especially Ghost. He was an amazing actor and singer.
He'll be missed. My heart goes out to his family.

His death isn't too much of a surprise to me and I also think Patrick himself was mentally prepared for dying very soon. Still, it's sad that he had to leave us at such a relatively young age. F*** you, cancer. Oh, and thrive in Heaven Patrick Swayze!

Also never really heard of Swayze or his works (till it mentioned on beeb news every 30 mins or so).
I never heard about his works before, but knew about him, and feel really sad for him and his family.
The local news program I was watching played the ending of Ghost, where he walks off into the light, during the report. ^^ Awesome.
