Anyway, Sonic Unleashed is unleashed, and he can turn into a horrible plot-device of a werewolf, thus shooting down any false hopes we may have had that the game may be remotely good. Even if the video says otherwise.

Indeed, but GA was for the discussion of brawl in general and SI for Sonic in Brawl. The existance of the third sonic/brawl related thread in MFC was mentally hilarious as a sticky link would have sufficed.
Jin, come on. It's not that hard to click South Island and there's no point in doing it in multiple topics. You've got the whole "I never go to other forums" thing but why have multiple topics just to continue that tradition Though I do agree that MFC is for EVERYTHING, try it, you may like it.
In other news, that picture makes me think Sonic is doing his best Popeye impression.
I don't even know how that animation was even dreamed up. The fact that they decided to screen shot that part themselves, to me, tells me that they don't take this stuff seriously anymore. It reminds me of the messed-up-Sonic-Blast face.

You know, if Sega was horribly, horribly in the wrong, then suddenly gets it right like this, it makes one think that maybe Sega was intentionally releasing bad Sonic games just so that when they finally came out and made a good one, hype would be at full and sales would be higher than they otherwise would be.

Possibly, but I wouldn't give Sega that much credit. But hey, if this does bring Sonic back to his former glory, I'm all for it.

And, uh, wha's so really really good about this game again?
If you look for the leaked video, parts of the gameplay look like old school side-scrollin' Sonic with next gen hardware, mixed with some on-rails Secret Rings moments. The soundtrack even sounds pretty good, (just from that one bongo-beatin' drum) from the days before Sonic Adventure 2, and I say that just by that first impression, yes.
Like I've said to others, though, my hopes kind of fell dead when I heard about the werewolf Sonic thingy.
And also like a million other names. The Impossible Box was one of them tho~
I wonder how many more new characters are gonna be in this one.
Again, he's already a werewolf. At the end, he will probably free his wolf self and it'll transform into its own character, and ... yeah.
