Scenario:
Friday, I got a HDD enclosure. I put my dead laptop's hard drive into it and plugged it into my computer. After several minutes of browsing, it became clear to me that I could not open the Owner folder, as before the laptop died I assigned it a password, which I still know. Now. Here are the conditions:

I know a process to unlock the HDD, but I need XP Professional Edition to do it. I have Media Center edition.

The laptop's long since gone, Dad threw away all its parts but the HDD when we moved.

I currently do not have access to a computer with XP Professional Edition.

While not entirely vital to the mission, I would prefer it if I could get to my files instead of wiping the drive for storage space.

Any suggestions?
