This is the greatest manga ever.
Gotta give this thing props. It took me away from everything else I was doing for like, four or five chapters. I don't even know that much about mahjong, but they made it totally cool with this in only the way that manga can make a game seem like a deathmatch using full cinematic martial arts powers.

I saw the first episode of the OVA anime during a 4 hour filmfest at ACEN last week and was awed. Seeing Koizumi destroy Kimg Jong Il at Mahjong and then ride a harrier into a nuclear warhead was a truly awe inspiring sight.
I was not aware the anime episodes were based on a manga. I shall have to do more investigation.
