The entire thing is going to be live and will start within a couple hours of this post. No outside trading, just the games that they have. Not to mention everything is going to charity. Be sure to check it out.
Edit: IT IS STARTING NOW.
Even those Japan-only event pokemon?
YEAH HPA. even those
If you watched at one point, they said "don't worry we have everything planned out, we have been planning this for 6 months."
And merry 5K there HPA.
How many games are they running at once, GT?
I cannot imagine how long it would take to get all the Legendary's and starters. Let alone train up a Dragonite and such.
Oh wow. They said they're doing all of the Zelda games (except CDI ones) for March.
I'll watch that, if only to see OoT, MM, WW and TP get owned.
They said they had several people going at it at once. There are more games running than what you see on the screen, and will switch things up of what to show you periodically. They also said they change the commenter every 3 hours.
That's kind of cool and organized, I suppose.
I'm more looking forward to their future marathons, though, as having multiple stations running playing different games is kind of pointless to see a live feed of, the Zelda, MGS and Final Fantasy ones will be the game and commentry which will be more impressive to watch.
I've been keeping close note of this on another board I mod at. Basically, its very feasible, and it won't take long to get those Pokemon that seem to take eons in order to level. The special Pokemon from events they already have on a separate cart/s and will be traded over to their compilation cart once they have everyone else (Darkrai from Ranger II, Manaphy from Ranger I, Mew/Celebi/Jirachi/Lati@s from assorted collectible disks/promotions and what not-heck, they prolly have that lvl 50 Dragonite that was given out not too long ago as well.)
I can see them finishing in 48 hours, even under if they hustle and dun waste time with stupid things like leveling the big 4 until they reach the end of any prospective game (Big 4=T-tar, Sala, Gchomp, Meta)
