I saw two naked men in the city.
One of them had sex with the other naked man on a boat.
Many people saw it and some of them cheered at it.

It's funny because it's unexpected, the same principle behind jokes as well.
That's just the way the human brain and funny work.

It's why hearing a joke in a conversation is funny (discounting simply stupid jokes) but reading a joke book front to back results in an undewhelming amount of lulz.
