Just a quick public service announcement folks.

The current economic climate has taken another victim, and this time it happened to be my landlord's property renting business. My house is being repossessed on Thursday, joy!

Thankfully I do already have somewhere else lined up, so it's not as bad as it could be. However due to the short notice involved my ISP can't move my services to my new address before the 15th of this month at the earliest, so I'll be offline and unavailable for a while (although I may still occasionally appear on IM via my phone). I'll be offline from Wednesday or Thursday of this week onwards.

Well... my advice is to tell the teacher on the recession that hit you.

If you run it'll just get you later.

...at least then it might be forced to make peace and the school staff's aware of the situation.

Suckage and total balls.

The foreclosure peeps or whatever won't give you more time since, y'know, wasn't your fault?

Update: I'm baaaaaaack!

Move went down mostly without a hitch, save for the hailstorm that hit with frightening precision mere minutes after we'd moved all the heavy and necessary stuff outside. Thanks British Summer.

Thankfully the damage was superficial, and everything dried out in no time, so it's all good. New place is good, rent is fairly close to what I was paying as my new landlord's an understanding chap. It's all gone remarkably well all things considered.
