While lurking at the Allspark forums, I saw mention that this was supposed to be the last season, yes, but I hope there wrong. However, with the last two episodes being titled End Game, it doesn't looking promising! 
Seems kind of odd. I would have thought Hasbro would want the show to continue to promote all the toys they've got lined up. Then again, that might serve to explain why they decreed that more focus be put on introducing new Transformers into the narrative this season and keying down Sari's presence, hence her MIA status after the Transwarped episodes until just recently.
According to some on the Allspark, Hasbro didn't want the Animated toyline to interfere with the movie toyline later in the year; however, I doubt that story as you would think that having both Animated and movie toys would mean double revenue. If nothing else, just put a hiatus on TFA until after the movie line reached its sales peak.
There has to be a season 4 there just has to be. Theres no way they can wrap up Black Arachnia's sub plot in just 3 episodes. And Waspinator. They'd waste an episode to bring him into exsistence and not do anything with him? Maybe the title Endgame is a false lead.
Yeah, that's what I'm hoping DB. Wouldn't be the first time a show gave a show a title that made you think it was the end.
Apparently Hasbro isn't too keen on BA, either. As with Sari, they've mandated to the writers to cut down on her involvement in the narrative for this season.
But.....whhhhhhhhy?
Oh my gawd. If thats true then they totally threw Black Arachnia under the bus. But why doesn't Hasbro like her? Or Sari for that matter? Didn't Hasbro approve of Sari in the first place? Arrrrg.
I guess people aren't buying Sari and Arachnia toys.

Well, they have reason to fangasm; this episode was full of awesomeness! I mean c'mon Jazz joins the Earth Autobots, Alpha Trion give a tongue lashing to Sentinel, and it's revealed Arcee is still cognizant; man, it's freakin' awesome!!! I was kinda hoping/thinking that Jazz might join the Earth Bots!
Dang...i've not caught an episode of this show yet. :O I feel so lost...my life is...incomplete! Maybe this summer, I can catch up or something. *shrugs*

I'm generally cyincal about sequels anyway. I was shocked enough that the producers made one eighties revamp movie tie-in watchable - I can only hoped that I'll be surprised by two in a row.
Yea I hear ya on sequels. I'm not cynical...just not expecting it to be as great as the first. But you know when you heard Michael Bay was doing the first Transformers those years ago...you let out a Wilhelm Scream. 😛
No, I facepalmed. Michael Bay at least seemed to be conscious of what he was back in the day (and being straight about being unashamedly blokey was what made it mostly tolerable) - most of the time now, he's so far up his own big red and yellow explosions, well-endowed girlies in wet tops and general testosterone that he seems to be parodying himself.
The fact that Megan Fox's character had a backstory and fractionally more use than eye candy was a pleasant surprise.

When i saw the new Transformers movie trailer all I did was roll my eyes. I still can't figure out why the humans have to even be there. I'm actually more excited about the GI Joe movie. Heck, even the Astro Boy movie has my attention more. Buuuut I still have to go see it.
That remake of "The Touch" I don't really care for it. What about you guys?
So the last episode of season 3 airs this week. And then I hear that 'bot-con' event happens a little while after. So people who go will get to hear the fate of Animated before anyone else does.
EDIT : The final episode has come and gone! Does anybody have any opinion on it?
I was just about to post something about it. I thought it was good, and if it is the absolute end, then it gave enough closure to be good end. However, they was a enough left over; Wreck-Gar, Constructicons, Black Arachnia/Waspinator, Meltdown, etc.; that they could do more seasons, which I hope, nay, want them to do!
I would think that Wreck-Gar, and the Constructicons and maybe the Dinobots are dead XD.
I could see WG and the Concons being dead especially if Jazz ande Prowl managed to pull out their Allspark fragments; however, the Dinobots were brought to life by the energy of Sari's key and the electro-magnetic pulse of Ratchet and Bumblebee not fragments of the Allspark itself. Oh, yeah, I hate that Prowl died; he was one of my favorites because other than Jazz he took a better liking to organics, not just humans, more than any other Autobot. I mean for Pete's sake, his room had a tree in it!
