Senator Kennedy has a maglignant brain tumor.
Now, I want to make it quite clear, I don't have much use for Kennedy politically-wise, but it's always bad to hear about anybody having anything life threatening like this. I wish the Senator all the best and hope he gets better; also, the heart and prayers go out to his family as well as this is something you never want to hear.
Glioma's are the most common type of tumors in the brain, at least in these region otherwise we could also count the meningeomas.
I say we cut the guy's head open and cut the tumor out. Problem is he has the mass growing in the left side and this side controls language. I can't tell how much damage without looking at the MRI. I want to see the MRIs, I'm really curious as to how big and exact location since saying parietal lobe is pretty ambiguous.
I'd say it's not that shocking. Hopefully with this brain tumors and stroke will get more public awareness.
