HA! The minute I saw that text...I thought..."Mainframe...Dot, Enzo...Bob?" lol Awesome! Thanks for that link. I remember it was supposed to be getting a web series or something like last year I thought.
Huh. They actually did it. I remember when I heard that announcement it sounded to me like one of those BS things people talk about and never happen, like Ken Penders Sonic movie.
Awesome, this made my day. Hopefully it lives up to the previous incarnation.
... That was it?
Sorry, I was kinda expecting a bit... more? :/
It was nice and all, but after years of not hearing much about the ReBoot... ReBoot, I was kinda excepting a little bit... well, more.
^ This
It was like a teaser, right? I mean...it basically shows us that they are working on it. Or aleast that's how I took it.
I thought there was something wrong, but I saw it was 10 seconds long. Definately wanted more! At least we know its still on track to come out.
Reboot is coming back!!? Hellz yea! I loved this series when it was on Toonami back in the day! Hopefully this will get someone to release the Origional on DVD! (Man that was a great show......*Goes into Nostalgia mode*)
Why the hell can't people in North America make good cartoons anymore!?

Acually...they are on DvD. I ordered them from Netflix like...a year and a half ago or so. Not sure where you'd order them...Amazon.com?
I don't get the appeal of Reboot to be honest. Could somebody explain it?
Generally it was an actually likeable and plot heavy CGI series with characters you could get behind and such...I liked it, but it kinda died out in the UK earlier than I would have liked.
Nice to hear they're on the way back!
What Mobius said. It was full of...geeky computer/programming jokes too. The characters were very specific and evolved quite nicely throughout the series. Have you ever watched it Veckums?
For insance...check this out. Pokemon Z Reloaded...?
Usually if you don't get the appeal of something, no amount of explanation will save it.
When I rewatch early episodes, it definitely feels like an artifact of my childhood, back in the days where I'd get up at the crack of dawn on Saturdays to watch cartoons. I think it was on ABC right before and/or after some clamation show with a big green guy in it.
Anyway, rewatching the old episodes, it was really corny and silly until about halfway through season 2, if I recall correctly. That's when things started getting interesting.

Bump in the Night. That show had charm but it sucked soooo much.

Season 1 was like a nice, long pilot episode. There was no story attached, and every episode was like old school cartoons; no story, no plot, just a single episode story, next one has nothing to do with the last. Season 2 is when they started placing story into it, and it got real good. Honestly? I hated Reboot at first, because I thought it was the dumbest thing ever. It wasn't until I caught it again half way or earlier through Season 2 that I was like oh snap, it's got appeal!
it didn't really get "plot heavy" until the end of the second season, before that it was just every week Megabyte came up with another half-baked scheme to take over the system
Season 3 was fantastic though
I hear the new ReBoot is coming out as a movie trilogy
