Damn - they're playing close to me soon, and I'm sure it's too late to see it! It's my fault for being lazy...oh well i'll catch them next time - have fun at the gig - it'll kick ass!!
Oh - and i'm playing Sorrow by Pink Floyd.
iTunes New Music Tuesday.
Black Sabbath. My playlist is trapped in an endless sea of Queen and Sabbath.
And I love it so.
Currently I'm going through all my old CDs that I bought when I was young(er) and right now I'm listening to "Calico" by Alien Ant Farm.
"...have fun at the gig - it'll kick ass!!"
I did, they did, it did. 😀
The acoustics and EQ and all that was nothing to right home about, but just the energy they put into the performance was spectacular. Plus ZP is a great frontman; he interacted with the crowd well throughout virtually the entire show (with the exeption of when everyone went off except Vadim who remained for a keyboard solo). Sam made me laugh just with his general antics. He threw a sword into the crowd at the end and I caught it, but so did someone else at the same time and then everyone around me leapt on it and it slipped from my grasp. 🙁
Oh well, it was still a good show and now I have a t-shirt.
Getting back on topic: Slater - South of Heaven.
