today i finished silent hill shattered memoreis for the 3rd time XD i'm so happy about it. and watched the ghost whisperer marthon, so i think i had an eventful day.

I ate a ghost chile in popper form. I ate a pepper that normally ranks as three times hotter than a habenero. I ate a pepper used to repel elephants. And I only ate a third of it and felt like I was about to die,
Word of advice: I don't care how manly your taste buds are: do not partake of the ghost chili. It tastes like your tongue horribly offended God, and that's just the least worst part of it.

Well, since we're on the subjects of eating things you shouldn't and vomiting, I got frickin' sick as a dog recently. Now, I can't be sure of the cause, but it may have been the result of drinking some eggnog that was slightly past the "Best if used by" date. I doubt it, since I've drank eggnog over 2 weeks past said date (what? I don't wanna waste it. Only comes around twice a year.) I'm not even sure if I drank it on that day. I proceeded to randomly vomit repeatedly over the span of 4 or so hours. It was like that Family Guy episode with the Ithaca challenge for the last slice of pie. They just came out of nowhere.
I was just sitting on the couch feeling sick until I had to go to the bathroom (oh yeah, I had diarrhea too.) Walking through the kitchen, I felt like I could potentially vomit, so I walked to the sink, and the EXACT SECOND I got in range, I just retched into the sink. I had also eaten some Oreo's, so my bile was all black. I was like the Penguin at the end of Batman Returns. Anyway, what really sucked was that it was late and I had to be at work the next morning, so I wanted to go to bed but didn't want to risk it so I stayed up for another hour. After that hour, I HAD to go to bed, so I stopped by the sink in the vain hope that I may 'get it out of my system' and guess what happened? Finally, sometime after midnight I vomited while on the toilet. NOT FUN AT ALL.
Man, I haven't thrown up since... I don't even know if I was in the double digits yet. I distinctly remember puking up Juicy Juice though. My brother once puked up Waldo Spaghetti-O's. He said it was freaky. Apparently this runs in the family, as both my mom and my bro also just randomly get violently sick for a few hours and then it goes away.

funny you mention throwing up, today i saw that comedy movie "the mafia" where everyone throws up, it was just as funny and gross as the family guy scene.

I want. I know a bunch more, though most aren't as AWESOME as mine (didn't happen to me.) They pretty much all involve tequila, so I'm too paranoid to touch that stuff. And coincidentally, this thread IS called "What's up?" Eggnog and Oreo's in my case.

There's a new MLP show that's been on and not only do people like the designs but it's actually pretty well written for a toy-commercial show about ponies. I'm not quite sure how it became this big of a fad on various forums, though.
It has caught my interest. Inform the media!
It's about four months into a 26 episode run by now. Look it up on Youtube. It's fun.
Airing on The Hub, a new cable channel in the U.S. that few carriers have in their lineup has made MLP a bit of an Internet darling. I guess being helmed by Lauren Faust doesn't hurt, either. And most of the fanaticism can be traced back to 4chan's /co/.
It's called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Go to Youtube and find the user pensivepony. She has most of, if not all, the episodes so far.
Just for the record, that male pony with the hourglass cutie mark in the "Haters Gonna Hate" image has been dubbed Doctor Whooves around the FiM fandom. He's so named because of his resemblance to the Tenth Doctor.

The heroine lives in a library, solves problems by reading and doesn't get picked on for it. I was hooked fairly easily.

Funny you should mention that. I downloaded an .mp3 of the song and burned it to a CD. I have a long drive from school at the end of the week, so I popped the CD into the player and just belted that song. The chorus is kinda hard for one person to sing though, what with the multiple parts and all.
The worst part is that I'm playing through Dead Space 2 right now. Necromorphs are swarming me, exploding babies are falling from the ceiling and deep in my brain I keep hearing "winter wrap up winter wrap uuuuup". Somehow, it's both undermining the experience AND making it somehow creepier.
And knowing how my subconscious works, I can probably expect a 'My Little Necromorph' dream soon.

i just beat dead space 2 yesterday but it was really a scary experiance X_____X i dont know if i will touch it again, i still hear the voices in my head.. espacially in the last chapters it gets too difficult and scary. btw if you want unlimited nodes use this cheat from ign:
" Save your game and reload it. Return to the locked Node room again and the items will have returned and the room unlocked. You can repeat this process indefinitely.you can do this at the Node-locked rooms in Chapter 6 and Chapter 7"
it makes it less difficult that way. i only did it though with the node locked room near the end. i wish i had done this at chapter 6 and 7... at least you can try it.

I have achieved the conquering of Dead Space 2... Normal mode!
Me and my fully-upgraded Plasma Cutter are the broiest of bros, but towards the end I found a new best friend: The Force Gun aka SIT DOWN, SIR! The Force Gun is the ruiner. I wish I'd grabbed that thing earlier and upgraded it. Having it made the Stalkers less of a pain, since a good alt-fire to their legs when they charge turns them into flying torsos.
Now onto Hardcore mode and massive amounts of frustration!
