I don't know if anyone else heard this, George Bush is apparently thinking about writing a memoir of his time as President. O.o My question is this, is it a picture book? Edit: Forgot the question mark.

Lol a picture book. The better question is whether he'll draw the pictures or will he have others draw them for him.

Seriously, I don't know whether I would buy it: there's nothing really memorable about Mr. Bush.

Picture book? Pfft. Pop-up book!

But this comes as no surprise to me, after what I had just heard Bush recently say about this being one of the best things to happen in his life, or at least something to that effect.

Funny, the best thing that happened in his life was one of the worst things to happen in ours.

They're making an autobiographic movie about him too, I heard. THAT I definetly want to see.

The book, though... I'm not sure. I mean, I passed up a Clinton autobiography book, too. It's not Bush or anything...

It's just... I'm not really into autobiographiacal books. They seem too long. I think I prefer fictional books.

Uh, first off, he has already wrote a book, which I read and enjoyed; second, who would read it-obviously someone who likes him.

I love books written by leaders and personality cults... Mein Kempf is just weird though. I got a few pages in and you would have thought Hitler was smoking crack. Must just have been a bad translation or something.

I don't think W. counts as an autobiography.

...Why's that, SH?

Is it because it looks like a parody or a spoof?

I remember a quote saying that they wanted a fair, true portrayal of the man so I don't think that's the case.

I was on my way back to edit my post when I realized it.

...but now it's going to look like I'm trying to save face, so to speak.

Well Bush's movie couldn't be too much worse than "W" ended up being.

I'd read it, for the same reason I enjoy listening to audio commentary for terrible movies: it's always fun to listen to people try and avoid discussing the fact that their movie sucked. Same with Bush and his presidency. Plus he is so pretty.

The same kind of people that would read Clinton's "My Life," except Republicans. I guess.

W simply shows that Bush (jr) wants Bush (sr)'s approval on just about everything. For that, I sympathize with Mr. Bush.

This book is something I'm not interested not because it's Bush. Biographies, for yours truly, must be from interesting people. Bush was not interesting to me.

A better question is who would read this book aside from Republicans, history students, and fans of biographic books? Better question: would the masses (aside from the groups I just mentioned) read a Bush biography?

I myself certainly would not read this, because politics frustrate and annoy me too much, because of the stupid things and pointless issues that get talked about, and that happen, that shouldn't even happen, but somehow do. In fact what I want is for things to be good enough in society but without the need of politics, since politics shouldn't even happen, but just do because of the dumb stuff that happens, and that turns out to be something that sounds like something that tries to glorify people for solving them, because of the way they work.
