Who would win a fight, Batman or MacGyver?
The reason this is an interesting matchup is because Batman is prepared for everything, while MacGyver can improvise for anything.

Well, no respect to Batman, but he only had themes by Danny Elfman and Hans Zimmerman.
I'm conflicted. Here we have a man who can make anything his own personal weapon/escape route, but...but then there's Batman! BATMAN! Due to its close match, I have to go out of pure fan loyalty. Sorry, MacGyver, I've known Batman longer.
But... I don't like the vocals of Rush Craig... I mean their instrumental stuff is sweet, but I just can't get into their vocals... sorry... =/

But Batman is a time-lord going by the way he regenerates. And calls himself The Batman.
So tough call.
It doesn't matter who wins, because neither Bats nor Mac would kill the other because of their moral grounds. They would then team up to fight, say... every supervillain ever, at once, and win, and it would be the greatest team-up crossover story of all time.

I think a more proper idea would perhaps be "Evil Batman vs MacGyver" or "Evil MacGyver vs Batman".

He can make like...a giant tank with 3 chainsaws on the front....and 5 gattling guns on each side...with a mini-nuke launcher on the back, straight out of Fallout 3!
