One of the uses of the Wiimote I DIDN'T expect to see. What's next, astronauts using the Wiimote to operate the shuttle arm? The possibilities appear endless.
the Armed forces are always using existing controllers for their own purposes. the British Army, for example, use Xbox 360 controllers to control unmanned spy planes in operations.
The American army uses 360 controllers to control recon robots - complete with the Xbox logo on it. We also use standard PC joysticks to fly our UAVs.
