The first person listed here. The one with the 140-year possible jail sentence and possible $2million charge.

She committed these crimes from our house. She's Dad's ex-wife's daughter.

Woah.

Anyone who remembers any of my posts or threads about my family matters from a year or two or three ago probably know the answer to that.

ACtually, a long time ago, she was pretty nice to me, but for the last few years they lived with us I got the distinct impression that both her and her mother didn't like me.

Still, long-dead day.

She's got the worst punishment of them all, even. Wow. o.o

She's the worst offender.

anyway, there's really not expectation that she serve 140 years (if that were the case, they'd just say life), it's a parole thing - One has to serve x % of a term before being eligible for parole, and by making that number so high, it increases how long one would have to serve before being eligible for parole.

And that's just the MAX punishment. That's not the court's sentence, I'm pretty sure. Though that site is out of date; Dad told me she was already convicted and is awaiting sentencing.

....WOW.

Yeah, she's reaping what she's sowed, that's for sure.

I feel both happy and sorry for you, that it was someone close to you....but that she was despicable enough to do that.

I wouldn't call her close (emotion) to me, just [formerly] close (location) to me.

Really, I think she had it coming. I guess this is payback for having to listen to her complain about her FEMA checks all the time.

If this is the *edit* I remember you talking about I seem to remember saying she'd get what was coming to her. 😀

This is indeed the *WHAT* you remember me talking about.

...No, actually, this is the *WHAT*'s daughter.

Hell, I talked about both.
