In case nobody knew, CN is making a new series based on the Young Justice comics; this is an interview with the creators and I must say it's looking awesome!^_^

For your viewing pleasure, a preview!

I can't WAIT for this series to air in the fall!

... Is what I WOULD be saying if I was an American viewer and not had to rely Canadian Molasses channels (TELETOON CANADA is still airing season one of 'Batman: The Brave & The Bold').

But still. Good Gawd. Weisman is involved than its in good hands. The animation looks more smoother than JLU and the character designs I do like (Looks like Phil Bourassa's work).

All I can say is that I am excited for series to arrive this fall (Even though I am a Canadian).

Wow. That actually looks pretty sharp. Knowing that Greg's on this is quite reassuring.

The designs on the Justice League seem to be the exact same as those used in Crisis on Two Earths, which is an awesome movie.

I'm looking forward to this, it looks to be aimed at those who grew up on the DCAU and still want more, like myself.

Okay, I know very little about the DC universe, and maybe I'm getting a bit crotchety as I hit the latter half of my 20s, but those character designs just scream to me "Sup my young parsons, I too am so on the go that I drink my yogurt from a tube"

A moot point since I don't have cable anymore.

I'll admit it looks good. I might stop avoiding Cartoon Network for this series.

I hope you realize that nothing in the Genesis chapter really happened. Using that to support your reasoning is illogical. And if the injustices in the world are caused by Satan and God is the only one who can stop him, please explain why God has not stopped him yet? And if he is waiting for the end times, does that not make him a gambler, which many Christian denominations view as a sin. If man is imperfect, and so is God, then man created God and not the other way around. It's impossible to be flawless so don't try to be.

Gawd these bots's are making me thirsty...

Anyhoo! Has CN picked up thirteen episodes or will be like Brave & The Bold and go the full 26?

The problem with all the shows you mentioned is that CN cancelled them years ago. The only good programs for me are Chowder and Flapjack.

oh i'm sorry dear, i didnt think cartoon network was also reruns here. most the channels we get are old recordings, some are in the early seasons while in reality we should be getting 7 or 8th seasons of a show.

A new animated series based on Young Justice will air on Cartoon Network in November 2010.[3] The line-up will include characters from both Young Justice and the Teen Titans, including Superboy (Nolan North), Robin (Jesse McCartney), Kid Flash (Jason Spizak), Miss Martian (Danica McKellar), Artemis (Stephanie Lemelin), and Aqualad (Khary Payton).[4] The Justice League will also be featured, including members Batman (Bruce Greenwood), Aquaman (Phil LaMarr), Green Arrow (Alan Tudyk), and Captain Marvel (Rob Lowe).[4] Marina Sirtis will be providing the voice for Queen Bee.[5] As a tie-in, DC Comics introduced Jackson Hyde, the cartoon's version of Aqualad, into their comics with issue #4 of their Brightest Day series.

Now I see why Robin looks like a prick bad @$$ in the trailer, yet now whenever I hear Aquaman talk I'm going to thinking about Montel Williams John Stewart. But it's nice to see that Khary Payton will continue to master his craft on voicing angry looking characters (Yes that includes Manny on Ben 10: Alien Force)! XD;;

A Robin that sounds like Roxas? Not sure if want!

Deanna Troi/Demona as Queen Bee! ... wait... who's Queen Bee (not a comic book aficionado)? *clicks provided link, reads up*

Queen Bee is the name of four different DC Comics supervillains. Zazzala, Bialya, Tazzala, Beatriz and later, it's impostors (Staring Marcia Monroe).

Ah, I do occassionally watch shows on Boomerang. I'm watching the Swat Kats right now actually. I've been avoiding Cartoon Network once they started their live-action block and relegated practically all anime not related to Pokemon to Adult Swim. Funimation and Boomerang have been my source of cartoon watching. Nickelodeon will probably get back on my radar with the new Avatar series as well.

New stuff about Young Justice. It's set in Earth-16, and YJ is the covert-ops team of the JL. Also, Aqualad, not Robin is the leader, as well as the son of Aquaman enemy Black Manta.

Well, that's... New! XD

Got some news! Apparently, the preview will be on the 26th of November, but the actual show won't start until Spring of next year. The link also has some more news as well as the panel interview from Comic-Con.

Saw it. Want to see it again. When does it re-air?

I like this Aqualad. Totally chill. If they make him the de-facto team leader I'm all for it. Also I can't stop hearing Roxas when Robin speaks. It's driving me to DRINK!

Oh, so this is what I forgot to watch over the weekend.

Is there a definite start date/time in January yet?

Not yet, anyway, I watched it and loved it and can't wait til January at least it won't be too long! Anyway, I didn't really notice much Roxas/Ventus in Robin to be honest, and I only heard just one line of Aqualad's voice slipping into Cyborg's otherwise Payton has good range or whatever it's called. I find it interesting to have such a light hearted version of Robin as the ones from DCAU and Teen Titans were a little bit stern especially TT's Robin.

Also, here's an interview with McCartney talking about the show with some spoilers.

So I caught most of tonight's (encore) episode completely by accident. It was on in the downstairs lounge at my college rec center and I was all, "Wait, it that...?" XD

But, from what I've seen? Great. I approve. I especially liked how they handled Amazo. I don't have much exposure to the guy, but he felt out of place and goofy in Under the Red Hood. But here? Very threatening. Bravo.

I'm really enjoying this show as well. Superboy is quickly becoming my favortite character, and this episode shows that Superman is a hot head himself which I don't think was ever shown in the other shows I've seen Superman in.
