Now that I think about it, I once put a sandwich under one of those handryers you find in toilets, after about 2 minutes it did become slightly toasted...
And yes, this is what I do for kicks.

I found out you can toast your shirt with a hair-dryer...
Toasted shirt doesn't taste quite so nice as toasted bread, tho.
