Which is pretty hilarious, at least to me.
I think it's cool as well. The only other well-preserved tomb that's been found is that of Tutankhamen. Granted, this isn't that kind of tomb, but it certainly promises to be a good insight into the lives of non-royal workers of the Middle Kingdom.

IIRC, that giant emperor's tomb in China with the terra cotta army was discovered when a farmer tried to get his donkey/mule out of a sinkhole or some such similar thing. Accidents can lead to awesome.

There were also a couple of kids playing with a dog or a ball or something in France, it got stuck beneath the roots of a tree, and they went down to get it, only to discover that the roots went really far down like a tunnel, and lo and behold, there were huge 20,000 year old caves complete with wall art and other things.
