The American Film Institute's top 100 movie quotes.
Does it agree with yours?

I agree with it in general, but I'd definately switch some quotes around, based on the fact that I'm biased towards my favoured movies and haven't even heard some of the quotes on there.
Comments?
Well, I'm not going to go on what I think should be in there or in what order, but I agree on all the Casablanca quotes being in there. Humphrey Bogart seems to have the monopoly on catchphrases, doesn't he? I did notice that nearly all the quotes are from American films (though I guess it is the American Film Institute, after all).
And as for the one that came first, well, I don't think it could be anything else.

Classics.
And there I was getting confused about why goth-punks AFI would have a 100 movie qoutes list.
Oh man, such classic quotes. It was interesting in that some of the familiar quotes I heard originated from those movies when I heard it elsewhere and thought it originated there.

Why is the number one movie quote...uh number one? It isn't that memorable or maybe it's just me...and how did Hasta La Vista not get on there? If I hear someone else spout that, I'll choke them...(Did Leo's quote from Titanic get on there? Prays that is not the case)
It is on there, Torn.
I think Sean Connery's few qoutes in The Untouchables belongs on that list... =P
