...Because Spoilers (Select To Read): I just got done watching the final episode of The Sopranos, and I just have to say "WTF?!" You have Tony and his family sitting in the restaurant, enjoying dinner, while some shmuck sitting in the corner, looking at Tony behind his shoulder. He slowly walks past Tony, making us think that he's gonna shoot him, but he walks straight to the restroom. Tony's daughter is trying to park her car, walks in the restaurant, and Tony hears the bell of the door. After that, the screen goes black. I thought it was my TV at first, but NO! Several seconds later, the credits appear!
Obviously we're left to predict what actually happened, but...well, this is a BIG letdown. Literally millions of people were betting if Tony or the Soprano family to be killed off, so the hype for the show has been going crazy. I wonder how the news will react tomorrow morning...
Oh well, at least there was one whack today (and a pretty gruesome one at that).
So does anyone watch the show? If so, what are your thoughts on tonight's episode?
Way to use spoiler tags there, Captain Spoiltacular.
There, nothing ever happened.
Never have watched it... We don't have HBO and $80 for a box set seems... high.
Spoilers (Select To Read): Very cunning.
After all, if it'd had a closed ending, the audience would move on easier. This way, they'll be debating and arguing for the duration.
I'm losing count of the number of theories I've seen.
