ITLAPD was not fun for me. I had to convince a rum-drinking, pirate dressed friend that going to the college to abuse teachers was not the best idea, nor was going to the library and saying "Let me use yer scanner wench!". >>

No, because Ninjas are way too awesome to get an arm or leg chopped off like Pirates. They're too busy flipping out and killing things.
That's not to say pirates aren't awesome or anything, just that ninjas are more awesome.

This is a misconception. Ninjas are ALWAYS having arms chopped off, like pirates do. The difference between ninjas and pirates are that pirates keep living when this sort of thing happens to them, while ninjas commit seppuku, depending on the injury's severity. Or they become bald old men with big beards and too much wisdom to be remotely healthy.
Besides, I didn't see LucasArts make any SCUMM games starring ninjas, though one certainly would've been welcome.
