Comcast never has the GOOD kind of screwup for me; just throwing me off the Internet ro crashing my computer, or knocking out our phone for 72 hours once every 2-3 months (or days, if winter)

I haven't heard of this show, but it sounds like a bad ripoff of Bob the Builder and Dora the Explorer.
