Nothing much, just a ragdoll falling through an obstacle course of many, many spheres. You can grab any joint of the ragdoll, however, to drag her wherever you feel like, or toss her everywhere, pull her through certain gaps between spheres, and more. Fun time-waster...
There's one with President Bush instead, but the resolution is much lower... I'll post it later.
Haha.... this is fun. I love thinking of the most uncomfortable positions and putting her in them. 😀
Also just watching her fall and seeing all the horrible landings is very amusing.

ANOTHER EDIT: I like dragging her butt-first through all the tight places. XD Sometimes, if you let her go, she'll eject forth like a flying newborn.
