I sure hope they win. I've liked the bears for a long time, but they havnt done anything the whole time i liked them, until now at least.

Football is cool, but i still prefer hockey. ^^;

I haven't cared about football in years, but I happened to have been near a TV that was playing it, and this does not look good for Coltstar Defender.

Man, the Bear's D is being exposed right now.

Who else thought this year's halftime show was the best one in perhaps the last decade?

I'd say this has been the best super bowl ever, compared to the commercial/half time shows have been slipping for years back.

The only bad side is that the Bears look like they are going to loose. =(

Good job, Colts. You outplayed the Bears in every single facet of the game.

After an incredible start, the Bears end up losing 17 to however many more turnovers that dumbass Grossman can give away. With all the pressure and the naysaying put against Grossman all season, the Bears star suckerback, now it looks like fans will finally have a reason to ring this little bastard's neck.

While they can't blame him for slipping away with the ball due to the weather, they can blame him for the massive amounts of turnovers, pickoffs, and bad offense altogether, with each posession an average of about 2 to minutes or so, and the Colts about 4+ minutes per posession, it proves even further that the Bears got to where they are now due to awesome running from Thomas Jones and Urlacher's crazy awesome D.

As everyone knows, if you suck and can only play offense for 1 minute per posession, your defense gets tired, and can't play. Which is exactly what happened.

Way to go Grossman. !@#$!ing assbag.

Congrats, Colts.

Despite the Colts getting thunderstruck 15 secondsi nto the game, they pulled off the win, with no small help from Rhodes and the Bears Gross (W)Rexman. Congrats to the Colts though, I thought it was nice to see Dungy win one.

What about the Bear's Defense going "OH NOES THEY ARE RUNNING THE FOOTBALL GAG DIE". Don't lay the blame of the general lackluster play of the ENTIRE Chicago Bears team on the quarterback alone, lay it on the fact that they had a pud schedule, beat a grand total of ONE good team in the playoffs to get to the Super Bowl and oh yeah, that they are SCREAMINGLY mediocre. I'm fairly sure that every team in the AFC playoffs could've beaten the Bears here, and that includes the wildcard teams.

Grossman'll be back next year. He's young enough, and the Bears really have nowhere else to turn to.

The Bears D seriously did not know how to play against the Colts offense. They can pass AND run really freakin' well. Yet in the first half, the Bears D played really well... until the Bears started to literally gift wrap the football every drive to the Colts. They kept hanging back expecting the run, and everytime they did they got the kicked in the ass by a run or a lame little lob pass down the middle.

I'm sorry, if I only get less than a couple of minutes to kick back and relax after a horrendous 7 minute drive, I'm going to be tired out and confused as hell.

No, it wasn't all Grossman, but good lord, man, come on! Just, come on! That was a horrible, horrible, horrible game for him. And whoever was choosing those plays... eugh. That sure as hell didn't help, either.

HAY LOOK, THIRD AND EIGHT WITH ABOUT EIGHT MINUTES LEFT, HAY GUYS WE RUNNIN!!!! I'm no football pro, but even common sense football strategy tells you that the ODDS ARE AGAINST YOU ON THAT.

Lack of worthwhile runs, lack of short passes and passes down the flat = really bad choices to get you to lose.

HAHA LOL @ GEO... IN THE END, THE PACKERS AND THE BEARS ENDED UP DOING THE SAME... NOT FIRST :D

Glad to see Dungy win one. Sympathy goes out to Sagey and all the other Bears fans (besides Geo :D )...

As for the quality of the commercials, I was very disappointed. There were like 4-5 funny commercials, and all of them were for beer...

I found the only funny comercials were by Bud Light. Go figure.

The Blockbuster one was slightly humorous as well, but otherwise the majority of the commercials were pretty pathetic. Seems like they haven't been as good for a while now.

Not quite.
We made it to the superbowl.

Favre got his s**t handed.

I mean, so did we, but at least we got our s**t handed in the super bowl.

Well...that sucks that the Breas lost. =( ever since i liked them as a kid they never won nor got to the super bowl, but they had their chance, guess the Colts had the day. Although, i wish they played more than one game, like in hockey or something. That would be more interesting.

Grats Colts, you earned it.

I'm glad Indiana won as my bro had money ridin' on the game. Peyton wouldn't have been choice for MVP tho-- he was good but I felt Rhodes and even Kelvin Hayden contributed strongly for the win (Hayden for the fatal intercept/TD and Rhodes sheer yardage)
Congrats to Dungy (a gentlemanly coach), the Colts, and all their fans. Everyone else, better luck next year. Unless you play the Giants. Then I want you to lose. 😛

HAY I WANA JOIN DEEP FAN CLUB!
::Cracks up over Pic::

Totally agree with Jin, that game was atrocious for Grossman. But hey, least they got to play on that stage,-and despite the weather sucking...they still managed to piss me off because they kept letting Harrison catch the fricking ball.

Every play it was "HAI HARRIZON! 1ST DOWN YAYS!" -.-

Aww well Dungy got one. Woot!

Awesome pic. It's so true, that's what it truly felt like those last few minutes.

And DL, it was every THIRD DOWN, Harrison grabbed the 1st. They NEVER LEARNED! That's what they get for putting the defense back on every third down. "OMG it's Manning on 3rd and 5 he gone' throw guys, I know it. He didn't go long the last 12 first downs, he tossed it like 4 yards right down the middle but I know he'll go long this time guys PROMISE!"

Morons. They cracked under fatigue and pressure.
