Some of you may remember this, some may not, but a while back I posted a link here to one of the greatest Flash games of all time: Nanaca Crash! Now, unbelievably enough, I'd managed to forget it's location, but just recently I stumbled upon it again.

So if any of you are bored and looking for something to while away the time, click here.

Then have a look here to see my all-time greatest record (so far).

Have fun!

I play it work still when I get a lull. I can't remember what mine was but it involved hitting the block girl's special parachute thingy like twice. It was some god awful high number.

At work we have a tornie running every lunchtime on who can get the highest score. On the week before I went on holiday last I was in the main room and managed a 21000+ score which NO ONE could even get close to.

Took my manager 2 months but a fortnight ago there was a big celebration on him defeating me with a 32000 score.

I've been meaning to regain my crown!

Just remember these basic tips:

Hit red woman twice in a row using blue crash as often as you can. It's an insta-special.

If Green Stop Girl is after one of the boost girls dare to crash into her. If you hit her WITHOUT BOUNCING you get a VERY big boost.

If you get 3 regular specials or 2 Stop Specials in a row use your 3 up crashes to boost your score.

Pause when you're coming back into the atmosphere after a high shot if it looks dangerous, avert crisis. If not prepare for the next up.

Block Special only appears between the 90-100 meter mark. Plan your Blue crash accordingly.

I think my all time record on this is around 1200m. Addictive, but challenging to get those really high scores.

Anyone want to post a short tutorial on just how to play?
I can't make heads or tails of the game.

I wrangled a score of 2500, but I'm guessing by some people's astronomical scores that that's not very good.

So will anyone explain to me just how the game works, and what I'm supposed to do, other than watch and hope for the best?

OK then. Here's what you do.

At the start, you've got a meter with an arrow moving up and down. Press and hold your left mouse button to select an angle and determine the power.
When the power meter hits the desired amount of power, release the button.
This will cause the crazy cyclist girl to smash into the hapless "Target". He'll go flying. Here's where the real challenge begins!

As he flies through the air, he'll smack into other people. The different guys and gals have different effects. The girls will mainly smash him further, but there's two who have different effects.

We have the green colour coded girl and the purple one. The green one will catch the guy and stop him (except under special circumstances, see below). The purple one when hit will run off, and will block the effect of whichever person you hit next, IF it's a girl. If not, the effect is not blocked.

Every so often you get a situation where the word SPECIAL appears on screen. When it does, click the mouse button as soon as you can. This activates the character's special move. In most cases this is a combo of sorts that adds a massive boost, but under certain circumstances it will have different effects.

You also have a limited ability to do a mid-air crash to further the boost. To do this, wait till the word "AERIAL" turns blue or red and click the mouse button. A red Aerial crash is an upward one that thrusts the guy further forward and upward. A blue one thrusts further forward and downward. You only have three red ones, but you have infinite blue ones, subject to the condition of the number next to the symbol being 100% (this is refilled by the guy being in downward or upward freefall onscreen).

That's pretty much it. Follow the tips others have provided and you'll be a pro in no time! :D

Have fun!

My current record (at least, I don't think my LAST record was higher... >>;) would be 9939.75m. A far cry from 21000m, otherwise the highest I've seen in this topic.

Two green-stop specials in a row. Go fig.

This game is in fact a spin-off fan game from Cross Channel, which was in fact an H-game for the PC. A kids-friendly version was released for the PS2 in addition.

...and before anyone looks at me funny for how I know this, I looked it up on Wikipedia, OK? >_>

Yes.
