Police in Germany have arrested a woman after finding the bodies of nine newborn babies buried in her garden.
The 39-year-old woman, who has not been named, is believed to be the babies' mother and is being held on suspicion of manslaughter.
The remains were discovered in Brieskow-Finkenheerd near the Polish border after police received a tip-off from someone who found human bones stored in a fish tank while working at the property.
Dozens of officers and sniffer dogs are searching the garden to see if other bodies had been buried there. The nine corpses were found packed into plant pots and buried beneath sand.
Investigators believe the children were born between 1998 and 2004 and that they had died shortly afterwards. It is unclear if the women had other children.
Last week, a dead baby girl was found in a public toilet in Magdeburg and an infant boy discovered on a recycling company's conveyer belt in Guetersloh. In June, a walker in Lower Saxony found a baby in a plastic bag whose throat had been cut.
Whats creepier - if they were her babies, or somebody else's?

I think what's creepiest is the dead baby in the fish tank. And the fact that there are bodies in her yard isn't so creepy as the fact that there are nine of them.

I have an extreme aversion to babies, but not enough to kill them. Jeez. That's just awful. Imagine the smell!

It's a funny site called ytmnd.com. The pages are made and submitted by people. It's a sound clip with a picture and a bit of text. The sound clip won't work with Firefox, so I suggest Internet Explorer.

Around my dad's area there was a woman who tried to cook her baby in the oven. Seriously, she added peppers and everything as if the baby were a turkey...
