The place for Nack-related discussion. Here's a quick update:
(Man, Sonic HQ, do a Fang pic. you got the Chaotix, even Mighty). So, post everything about Nack/Fang in the SEGA games, Archie and Fleetway comics, ane anywhere else Nack/Fang makes an appearance. But, here's an update-
Sega- Known as Fang the Sniper, Fang is a treasure hunter like Rouge, but hasn't appeared since Sonic The Fighters, but may return in the near future.
Archie- Known as Nack the Weasel, this notorious Bounty Hunter captured Sonic three times for Robotnik, but always ended up not getting his pay (and getting jailed twice). Nack later teamed up with his sister, Nic, to bring Knuckles to Gala-Na, the leader of Albion echidnas (along with the Lost Tribe echidnas that joined them in Knuckles #12), hired out Nack and Nic during Sonic #91, 93-94. His next appearance was when he and 3 hired thugs kidnapped Sally for a ransom, but were tricked by Sally. He ended up trying to shoot Sally, but ended up hitting Mina instead. He is also to make an appearance next issue, the one after that, and #153.
*Note* The info in italics was supplied by True Red
Fleetway- Appearing in the story "Total Chaotix"(starring Knuckles), Nack was a member of the Chaotix, but betrayed them to work for Emperor Metalix(aka Metal Sonic). He got his "reward" in the end, though.

Quote:
Nack returned in the Knuckles Knock out special, in which he, having escaped from a Chaotix prison, tries to steal treasure form the Lost Pyramid in Sandopolis and reveals his ability to change the size of objects...
Then returns around issue 90 ish in a story called the Tomb in which he is hired by Lord Sidewinder to kidnap Super Sonic, he succeeds in defeating Chaotix and shrinking Sonic, but Sonic grabs his hat and shrinks Nack down, not just to a centimeter tall but even small so Nack disappears, presumed dead.
No so, he returns ANOTHER 50 odd issues later revealing he's learnt to change his size to amazing degrees, stealing gold from banks by shrinking them so small you cant see them with the naked eye and slipping out through the bulkhead door when it's opened, and fights Sonic as a sort of giant, but he flees when the cops arrive.
He then helps Grimer rescue Robotnik from Shanazar by shrinking them down to the size of atoms, entering a place where Robotnik was shrunk down to, but they find to their horror Robotnik is now kintobar.
Later on Robotnik uses Nack's technology to enlarge Shanazar and meld it with earth, but his plans are foiled and he isn't able to control the melding and they all land with a giant crash...
Nack was last seen helping Grimer carry a limping Robotnik away to safety....
... And that's Nack/Fang's history.
Now...
Sonic Gems Collection is going to feature Sonic Chaos 2/Sonic Triple Trouble, Sonic Championship/Sonic the Fighters, and Sonic Drift 2, all the games featuring Fang/Nack. Plus, with a game coming out featuring Shadow with a bazooka, an assault rifle, and many other guns, a character with a small handgun like Nack's should be no problem. Now how about a game where Fang meets Rouge and Knuckles and they all fight each other for treasure. Or a game where Nack meets Shadow and they both get into a gunfight. Or one where Fang settles his score with Sonic for humiliating him. The possibilities are endless...
Incorrect about nack/fangs first appearance, He was in Sonic Triple Trouble on the Game Gear. then sonic drift 2 and then Sonic the Fighters/championship
Just clearing that up
Or a game where they decide what they're going to call him. That's good too.
He'd be interesting in Shadow the Hedgehog. As a gun salesman.
I can see it now, he comes up in a black trench coat, with a mask on, "Come to buy, I got whatcha lookin for."

Haha, good one. "Got a good selection of things on sale, stranger.. er Shadow."
Perhaps Nack/Fang will be in Sonic 360? Little is still known about that game.
I can see Nack in a trenchcoat and sunglasses.
*throat closes up*
He'd be like Herman, from Herman's Military Antiques, only with both arms. They've got the same look, I think.
