How on earth are they going to update the look of Speed Racer for the 21st century? Does anyone have any concept art/production shots?

I can tell you right now I'm just gonna pretend when this comes out that it didnt.

Oh, give them a break. I think that actually sounds pretty good. I think i'd rent and enjoy something like that. See it in theaters? Maybe. Buy? Definitely not, but not because i think it would be bad, more based on the principle that it's not the kind of movie that interests me. Although we are talking aobut the makers of V for Vendetta, so i could be suprised.

Are they going to purposely make them speed talk while making poses and shouting "Ah ha ha!" every three seconds like the original dub?
