Those were so funny! I remember reading Calvin & Hobbes. It was just so HI-larious. I couldn't stop laughing. Waterson used every trick in the book to creating those snowmen comics.
Calvin and Hobbes is awesome period.

I love it! I'd forgotten how much I liked Calvin & Hobbes. I'll have to figure out what I've done with my books...
DW
"He's committing suicide"
I really wish I knew about C&H long before reading "Fight Club is really C&H The Movie"...
Oh wow, I hadn't actually seen some of those =D
ah... A year or so ago, my local paper started reprinting C&H for a month or two... IMO, they should be continuously reprinted, just like the Peanuts.
That kid has such a way with snow art that only in the Calvin and Hobbes world is it so underappreciated. I swear if this keeps up for the rest of his life, he's gonna be emotionally unstable man creating beautiful snow art.
I declare this thread to be made of win and awesome.
It must be stickied for future generations to enjoy it's awesomness.
i don't remeber seeing the first strip before, but i've seen the rest already. ^^ then again, i do own all the book collections that i've been able to find. >>;
read, calvin and hobbes must be treasured by all!
Man, how long has that page been around? I remember reading through it years ago when it was obscurely linked somewhere on Sonic HQ. I think I may have printed it out and made it a tower of comics on my refrigerator. Of course, it was the winter months. And I was like 11.
But they're still nice to read through again. And I understand a few of them better now. Him and his crazy technical words he speaks.
Aah, Calvin and Hobbes. Such awesomeness it was back then. And it's still awesome even now.
Though I don't remember seeing some of those snowmen strips. I can't point out which ones, though. XD

hhmmmkay @ Sparky... If you don't have anything to add to the topic, don't bother posting, kay?
What Stewie said. Sparky, please heed the rules. In particular, the rules on spam: "But your posts should have some entertaining, informational, or intellectual point. ... Replies that do not add anything to a topic may be considered spam."
Your replies have been pretty borderline in this regard from the start, but posting just a line of dots adds nothing to a discussion on anything: it is unambiguously spam. Please try and make your posts outside of the SPA vaguely worthwhile - i.e. actually add something to the topic - if you want to carry on posting here, 'kay?
