Mmmmmmmmmmmm...
Never even heard of them
**SLAP** YOU DON'T KNOW PINK FLOYD!!!! ONE OF THE GREASTEST BANDS IN THE WORLD!!! YOU DON'T REMEMBER THE WALL!!!
bah!! forget the modern music, give me some good ol rock.
*rubs cheek*
Hem Hem, I'm thirteen years old(14 IN OCTOBER!!!)
and FYI, rock is so NOT for me. Give ME some good new R'n'B
(No more slaps, plz, that one hurt )
I can't say that Pink Floyd've ever done anything for me personally, but if they can recreate the sort of atmosphere they had back in the day, then I'm all for it. With all of these mass produced, intellectual rice pudding tweenie-targeted bands, we nee a reminder of what innovation looks like.
Eh.. I'm really excited about this. The Floyd ish back.

I AM THE MACHINE. o.@
Hoorah! I love the Floyd, and seeing as the last time they played live i was only 9 years old, and therefore unable to see them - this can only be a good thing. I entered the Live 8 lottery twice last night, so chances are small of seeing them LOL. Just so long as they play on TV and play Sheep/Sorrow/Dogs/etc then i'm happy...
Then again, they'd only get 20 minutes to play, so if they went for songs in the Meddle-Animals era, then they might only play 1 or 2 songs
Anyhoo - this is very good news

I always did prefer Blur to Oasis. Damon Albarn's broken the mould with the way that he's played with the concept of a virtual band since.
