Okay. Here's the deal. I have a new cell phone. It shows it can download ringtones, and I have the cable for it. The computer recognizes the drivers and the phone's presence. However, once again, my parents have bought a phone hardly anything supports, the Samsung sch-a630 model. Newer model, I guess, but I can't figure out how to get the blasted program I got (BitPim) to put the files onto the phone. Can anyone help?
What does it recognise the phone as? Flashdrive? That's what my computer sees my calculator as. It's easy if that's the case, just click and drag.
Have you tried downloading off the cell phone itself?

the computer sees it as a CDNA modem, and doesn't recognize it as any sort of drive.
