My grades are well enough to be sustained.
I've got 4 A's and 2 B's.

At my high school, skip day was only traditionally done by Seniors.

And Seniors found skipping on skip day were denied diplomas.

And Seniors with bad grades found skipping on skip day were denied diplomas.

Now that I remember, I did skipped on skip day (the last class in my high school to actually celebrate it: the rest of the other classes, as far as I know got crapped on).

The school technically can't do anything if I have an excuse.

In front of school faculty, we refer to it as "College Visiting Day."

Only Seniors at my old HS took part in that day... And in our class of 300, less than 10% actually did it (since the school has a very strict excused absence policy)

Of the people who actually skipped, 2 of them were Varsity Throwers for our track team... They got caught by the Dean of Students at a Lax game that night... We ended up losing True Team State because of those dumb asses (who were suspended from sports by said Dean)... Suffice to say, the entire Boys Track team was a little pissed at them.

Skip day was Seniors only, but you needed an excuse to get off. So naturally most got the "stomach bug" the same day or out visiting. Those who skipped who weren't lucky enough to have parents call in either got suspension, detention, or denied extra activites, or a combintation of the three depending on their track records. Not that mattered to me, I was one of the few seniors who actually showed up for school that day since I wasn't that lucky.

Apparently the second of April is "Slap an Emo Day".

So I smacked the heck out of my younger sister ^_^

I would, except I have this little problem where I need money from my job to pay my bills.

No school on that day so I can't really skip. I could skip work but I just took a day off so I could get a good nights sleep for two tests so nah.

You skip school or work on one day. For no good reason.
