I will soon be able to videochat with anyone who has Eye Toy Camera + Eye Toy Chat The Broadband Communicator.

But, I only have the software right now.
I know that.

Are you able to videochat with anyone by using PS2+eyetoy and ETCTBC?

You can, but you need to buy an online adapter as well.

Who the hell uses Eyetoy Chat, anyway?
