This is a strange 19 second clip my friend and I made about 2 years ago. All the animation is done in MS paint, so you can already tell by that fact, that its going to be wonderful. 
In the last scene, the hat looks remarkably phallic.
Was this intentional?
I like the way he says "...That's not right.. that's just weird...!" But the art in it was, well, like you said: MS Paint-y.
