WHOA! I know this background is from a Sonic game but I swear I made that background before with the copy and paste...

The background's stars are actually very similar to HSW's supersig (as they're usually called) in Eliteboard, which were ripped from Doomsday Zone. It can be assumed that's the same for this background.
