And I'm really small.

His name is Jack. And yes Jack you're small.

It's a glandular problem.

We here at the Wet Treatment Center think nothing is more important then water safety, so Jack will go over some tips to keep you and your loved ones safe if any water should start. I'll be back later in this bulletin to explain a few of the dangers of Aquadon. Take it away Jack.

AHEM! As you all know, here in the land of OZ, water is a real danger. Acid rain is a true problem and the water has a pH level of about 0.5. But you don't need to listen to what you already know. A water outbreak is a real danger. If you get a first degree wet, just put it in some direct sunlight for awhile and you should be fine. A second degree wet is more dangerous, and needs direct heat applied. For a third degree wet, an amulence should be called because the person is in horrible peril. Now if a puddle should start in your house, here is what to do.

Every house or building should have at least one of these. It is called a water evaporator. To use, simply line up with the water, puddle, spray, stream, watever.

Push down the green button on the back and aim at the center of the water.

Hold down the button for a bit and the water should vaporize. When done, let go. You'll need to get a new can after every use. There used to be 3 types of water vaporization cans, but now there's only one so don't worry.

Does everyone understand? GOOD!

If you see a wild river, don't go for a closer look! Call the water department. They have water hoses(????) to handle those kinds of things. Remember, be careful and every room should have at least one moisture detecter in case you don't notice. Some water can be very hard to spot and you might step in it. THAT WOULD BE BAD! And now back to TAZA! To tell you about Aquadon.

Thanks, now Aquadon is the legal term for murder or intentional destruction involving water. Now buildings are purpously washed away all the time to collect on insurance, but only one known case of murder is known. The victim was the Wicked Witch of the West. Her sister had been murdered by the same horrible person earlier and it seemed to be a blood feud of some kind. Here is a case photo of her.

A horrible tragedy, here's what we know...

The good fairy, she is... a good fairy... and supposedly gave Dorothy access to many resources.

A gold block: May have something to do with it, may not.

My best friend: He's cool.

Dorothy's dog: ... dangerous... cunning... without mercy.

Cactus cat: supposedly, she and the dog have a thing going on.

Happy lemon and unhappy lime: One is a grade A psychopath and the other has a grade B thirst for blood. We don't know which is which.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Dorothy and any of her accomplices, call us at the OZ WET TREATMENT CENTER! 737-1122! We will send our death unit after her AND GIVE HER A TASTE OF HER OWN MEDICINE!!!
