Okay, I know little about the machine I type on.

I got one of them newfangled computers with a DVD Burner. I have no clue what I need to do to burn backup copies of my movies that I can watch on my DVD player, or even just on my computer.

My computer is running Windows XP. It has Windows Media player, Real, and Nero (which I'm guessing is the program that I'd be using). I've spent the last hour or so looking through help files but my head is spinning like crazy.

I turn to the wisdom of the forum for help.
