Perry Jonson was dead, the victim of a murderers poison. That was the end of Detective Rafe Stones vacation in the Sunshine State. The Orlando PD asked for his help as soon as they learned he was in the state. Soon, Rafe was flown to Orlando and got to the crime scene, a hotel room in the Hilton. The room was very hot, over 100 F.

The police had picked up three suspects. Rafe questioned them in the room.

The first suspect was very nervous. Mr. Stone, he said, pouring himself a glass of water, I swear to God I am innocent!

Rafe relaxed, I wouldnt dream of accusing you, buddy! Heres a buck, go buy yourself a Coke instead of drinking plain ol water!

The next suspect came in. Yeah, so me and Perry had our differences, but I didnt kill him, I swear! Then he looked at the water pitcher and rubbed his face, Im bakin here! Can I grab a sip of this water?

Rafe looked disappointed, Yeah, but go ask the officer outside for a cup first.

The last guy came in looking sweaty and blushed. Good Lord, its scorchin like Hell out there, Detective!

Rafe looked up at the man, Looks like you could use a glass o water, there buddy!

Uhh, no, Im a bit upset. Besides, Im gonna go hit a few bars right after this!

Rafe smiled, You got the bars part right, cause thats what Im putting you behind for Perry Jonsons murder! Sergeant, read him his rights!

How did Rafe know the last man was the murderer?

I almost got shot, Detective! cried Sam Durher, greatly upset. The other guy working tonight left earlier, and I was closing the strip club all alone. I was almost done, when this jackass comes in with a gun waving it in my face! He took the cash then cracked a shot at me! Fortunately, the bullet just nicked my shoulder, but it sure gave me a scare! Sam showed Rafe his wound.

This room is where he shot at you? asked Rafe.

Yeah, after he took the money from the back room. I was sweeping up here on stage, where the girls walk out, when he fired at me! Sam went on stage to show where he was shot at.

Rafe looked at Sam and saw all the mirrors reflecting multiple images of the club worker.
Rafe smirked at Sam, You honestly expect me to believe this crap? I could have you arrested for misleading a police officer!
