No, not a Space Odyssey... the current year.

ever since GWB has been inaugurated (or something to that effect), everything's gone to pot basically.

but I'll go to a more specific topic: Music.

I've noticed that the majority of music is either Boy/Girl band Pop or Gangster rap.

I say this: How did this wave of new music happen?

Basically, the radio and most TV stations like Nickelodeon and MTV have been playing NOTHING but Pop and Rap videos.

Most of the music nowadays is junk. that's right, you heard me, junk.

I don't care what you say, even if it's "F*** you, Tonic! Pop/Rap rules!" my answer still stands.

we need to get rid of this new wave of Gangster Rap and Pop, and go back to the days when Rock was king.

and that is my $1.02.
