My favourite time of the year!

My Maple Leafs are somehow getting things done without Captain Sundin or Nolan, and a slew of nagging injuries throughout the roster. I guess Belfour made himself a backpack big enough to carry 20 people. 3 Shutouts in five games, not bad.

Things don't good for the 'Nucks, eh Cycle? When Cloutier went down with that leg injury, things went downhill and downhill fast. I'd never even heard of that kid who started in net for Vancouver the other night (and lost). Calgary looks good. Hard to knock Iginla off his game.

Wow, Boston and Montreal has been a lot of fun. Amazing to watch the Canadians, a storied hockey team, play and act like a bunch of losers. (Montreal fans booed the American anthem, and there were a lot of unsportsmanlike dives by Montreal players). Gotta love watching Kovalev cost the Habs game 4 though; And then blame Souray for "running into him".

Nashville has snuck up on Detroit, whaddya know! Nashville won't make it to the cup finals like Anaheim did last year, though. Ducks had Kariya. Guiguere. The Preds have.. well... I'm not even sure who they have.

Not much else to add, I haven't paid that close attention to any other series. What are your thoughts on the first round so far? Any predictions, comments?
