OK, as most of you know thanks to Lokki's post, Lokki and I went on holiday to Pembrokeshire for a week. We returned early, by the by, due to bad weather on the last (full) day, which brightened up considerably halfway through packing. Anyway, I wanted to make the returning post as Lokki made the leaving post, as I'm vicious and strict and annoying like that. Lokki suggested making a brief account. Soo I will. I don't know how long it'll be, as I'll get bored halfway through and make Lokki finish it, more than likely. Ah well. Oh, and I apologiise if a topic like this has been created. I had a flick through the topics and didn't see anything but eh.

SATURDAY
OK, so we had a looong car journey, I was probably annoying. I don't really... remember o.o;; So we got to the nice little cottage. The kitchen was nice and shiny and joined straight onto the living room which was WONDERFUL. It was really nice and small and cosy and warm and had a halfway decent TV ^_^ No cable or anything but hey. I immediatly chose the pink room for my room. And Lokki and I had to share a room. Poor Lokki :) OK, I don't want to witter on too much yet.

SUNDAY
Oh it's a horrible windy day, la la la: OK, we went to Manorbier beach. In the rain. And wind. And cold. YAY FOR WELSH SUMMERS! Suffice to say there was NO swimming involved. Although the waves looked fun. Yay. We mostly went rock climbing. And dug a hole. I can't remember why. We tried to get it filled with water but letting the tide wash over it, then damming the water in. It worked very well, until a high wave flattened it. Then CLEVER CLEVER me decided to WALK into the sea to get water! ... Hold on, WHY did I need water? So we had to go back to our cottage so I could change and grab my sandals.
Castle: And this was the highlight of the day. Only you have to be there to appreciate it :) It was Carew castle and there was a pretty Celtic cross near it. All very interesting stuff. And I bought a pretty Cletic lovespoon necklace. Yay for lovespoons. OOOHH and LOKKI bought honey and fudge >.> Very Celtic, I'm sure. And we saw stalactites. Which I can't spell. Oh, and Lokki HAD to try and turn it into a Res Evil game >.> He was trying to work out what he could out into the empty spaces where coats of arms were meant to be to open the secret room. Or something like that. And one room was kinda... creepy... 'cos apparently it was a murderscene. A monkey turned on it's master and killed it, and apparently the monkey was killed too. I won't give details of how, as, brief though it is, it's quite... blah...
Cat crushers: Then we went to a mill. Not that interesting in my humble opinion. The Corn threshers and Sickles were quite cool. And the Cat CrusherD"> OK, it was an oat crusher, but part of the 'o' was so faint it looked like 'cat'. Oh, I found out the meaning of my name, Sarah. It comes from the Hebrew for princess. It neans I'm pretty, vivacious, life and soul of party, surrounded by friends, lively an bubbly. Yay! Sounds NOTHING like me! Oh, and we watched a Bruce Lee film (at the cottage here) I... still have no idea what it was about o.O;;

MONDAY
Sailing the Oceanarium Blue: Okaaaaay I have always hated aquariums. I'm sorry, I don't know why, they just scared me. Naturally, I left the oceanarium after seeing the ray fish, which was scary ;.; I went to look at the gift shop. Pretty jewels. Then I had to go look for the rest of my family. I forced myself to go upstairs, did OK, until I saw a rock that looked like a shark. Yay. I got completely freaked out. I dunno how I ever got out of that place alive, you'll have to get Lokki to tell you about the crabs with hats and purple eels, or whatever...
Night of the Moth: So after drawing at the cottage for a bit we went to the sea. It was cold and windy, but fun. I can't really say much. It was more of a you-had-to-be-there-thing. But not paying attention to waves to rub salt out of your eyes? Yeah, that's not such a great thing. And then when we came out of the sea, CLEVER Lokki managed to cut his foot in the sea. Oh well. He wasn't THAT badly hurt. At least it wasn't more weaver fish :p That night when we went to bed, I annoyed most everyone but refusing to enter the bathroom until the moths were GONE. There were three. And I refused to believe they were gone, even when they were. Hey Lokki, what did you do to them exactly?

TUESDAY
Tenby: Ummm.... Welll.... What can I say about a day where we mostly wandered around searching vainly for beaches and food? Well, it was boring. And I dragged everyone around looking for sketch pads, when Lokki coulda easily given me one of his :p
Tea and the Sea and Me: Well, we got to the beach FINALLY. I wrote 'I Love *insert name of the person I have a crush on IRL here*' in the sand. The sea wasn't very wavy, but it was nice to get in and do some proper swimming. Not that I'm very good at it :p And I drank tea in the sea! Sure, my mouth was still burnt the next day but HEY! When we went back to the cottage, I saw my very furst full episode of Fawlty Towers. Yay.

WEDNESDAY
La la la I'm bored: It rained all morning. What joy. Thank god for Link's Awakening and Wind Waker! ^_^ And sketch pads. Only I STILL haven't finished all my requests from like weeks ago x.x And I had a headache all day. Don't you just LOVE headaches? 'Cos I don't!
Ring tailed lemurs are EVIL!: So in the afternoon we went to a Wildlife park. That was fun :3 OK. The fisrt thing I looked at were flamingo. They were cute. They actually looked suspiciously liked goats. Four legs, little horns, fluffy fur... BUT according to the guide they were flamingo, so... :) Needless to say I refused to enter the Reptile house/aquarium. And have you ever seen ring tailed lemurs? They look evil! Their corniae (sp?) are red and they spring around like... frogs! And I swear, the porcupine was dead! Oh, but the penguins and otters were cute ^.^ And when they were being fed, the penguins went crazy o.o But the kuukaburra was awful, watching it eat a chick *shudders* And then I saw the real flamingo. Lokki tricked me. He told me they were red. BLAH. And then we went on bumber cars. Which was fun. Yay. When we went home, I was watching the news. And one article mentioned the loose wildcat. In Pembrokeshire. YAY! >.< Thankfully it was far away from us. We attempted to play Canasta. And got confused. Well, I did. Then Lokki and I watched a film, Mystery Science Theater. It was good, but the film they were watching I didn't understand at all u.u

THURSDAY
OK, I'm sick of subheadings. I'm nearly done, thank god. Well, we went to a beach, but it was cold wet and rainy (this is starting to sound familar now, huh?) and I felt really ill. Me and Lokki did some rock climbing and discussed stuff which I'mm not sure I'm allowed to tell you yet, but Lokki will soon. Anyway, we went back to the cottage and I got some paracetamol. Then later on we went to another castle. Not as good as Carew, but OK. They had a pink room! And towers which we went up. Only I couldn't see over the tops of them u.u In the evening we played a lot of cards. And I forced everyone into playing Go Fish. Why does everyone hate it, anyway?

FRIDAY
OK, we went to PIRATE GOLF! Yay! And I did really bad! Whoo! We left early. We shoulda stayed until tommorrow (I should actually be in Pembroke still, not sitting home here!) but there was no point really. Yes, I do miss the cottage. Very much ;.; And the car journey was scary 'cos there was a horse fly in the car. We never did get rid of it.

OK, and that's my 'brief' account. I left out HUGE amounts of stuff. Because I'm too tired. If I see fit I'll edit bits in. And Lokki will have some stuff to add no doubt. So does anyone want to know more about something? Or maybe some other people have holiday details and such?
