That Extreme not Xtreme. Anyway the cancelled game looks like Sonic in Tony Hawk game. From sounds clip, sounds it was Ryan Drummond voicing Sonic so the game in development was probably before 4KIDS cast took over. The game looks slow. Probably why they went with Riders formula instead.
That... that actually looks kind of fun.
