You can go ahead and accuse me of lying, it's true, there is no "Sonic R Xtreme" comming out SEGA just confirmed it. AS I suspected SEGA of America and Gamecrazy annouced that Sonic R Xtreme does not exist and that it was just a mistake that they are working to correct. But there may be a Sonic PSP title in the works and that there is a Sonic title coming out for Xbox 2.
