Well... the publisher's ADV so those extra 30 minutes could easily have been trailers for their other dubs.

From memory (and it's been a while), there was a trailer for Street Fighter. I'm sure there must have been more, but that's the only one I remember. And I echo your question, Srocks - my experience of ADV is limited to the Sonic OVA (and possibly a couple of videos of Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 I found in a charity shop, if that was them).

I think it was the only way they could think of to work the two characters' names into the taglines. The first one works, in that one can indeed scrape one's knuckles. Darned if I know what catching tails is, though.
