For some reason whenever I think of spikes in games I think of MK: Shaolin Monks where you can use bodies impaled on spikes as platforms. Idea for Shadow 2 maybe?

Anyway I take it this is your funniest expirence within a Sonic game.
The bit when the Egg Carrier changed form in Adventure 1 and Tails goes on about how amazing that was and then we pan out to Sonic looking to Tails to shut up. I was playing that bit with a friend. We just went hysterical.

Followed by SONIKKKKKUUUUUUUUUUUUU! scream by Japanese Amy.

99 lives in SA2 by just going to City Escape with Sonic. We have the song of that place pounded into our heads.

My funniest experience came from Sonic Riders when Storm jacked that E-10000 right in the face, expecting to hit Knuckles. Eggman's robots are always getting abused!

All of Sonic most funniest moments came unintentually--such as the bad voice acting.

My Funnist Gaming Moment is whean I first played SA2:B and I was fighting King Boo Boom and he was 'BOOOOOBOOOOO!'. and Knuckles ran around the piller and Boom said 'BRA!'. Thean Knux crached it to him and died because he had no rings. And whean playing City Escape, I grabbed Omochao and started running down the bulilding. Thean he started to complan (I think he said 'I promase to eat my veggies) and I threw him and he went'AAAAAAAAAAA!'and Sonic gracefuly landed on the ground.

Those wonderful moments when you fall through the walls or the floors. Most of the time they're just a pain in the arse. But sometimes... 😀

The heck Nuke?

Sonic 3, Carnival night after Knuckles turned out the power. As far right as Sonic can go before you head down into the water... I ran up the little loop, bounced off the dingy ball, and got stuck just a bit above the wall. It was just Sonic's upper half, stuck up in the ceiling, his little legs kicking... It was hilarious.

No... actually, no, it was just frustrating. Never mind.

In SA2B, in multiplayer, it's possible to get Metal Sonic to bounce across the water in Green Forest while using his shield move. He skips along the surface like a stone with this cross-armed pose... it's pretty silly-looking.

In Shadow's Sky Rail level in SA2, I remember running to the goal ring, stupidly missing, and plummeting into nothingness.

The first time I played Altitude Limit on Sonic Rush. When I died by hitting a beam, I yelled at the game: "That is NOT a bottomless pit! No fair!"

When I was younger, my sister played as Sonic while I was Tails. In S3&K, she got so angry at The Barrel Of Doom, and threw a fit. I, of course, was laughing my butt off.

Oh, and in SADX, whenever Sonic talked and his forehead seemed to shift everywhere. Horribly hilarious.

Making Tails hit things in Sonic 2 = amusement for myself.

Playing Sonic 3, and telling a friend playing as Tails to go and stand underneath one of the movable platforms, then spindashing against the blue trigger thing and crushing Tails to death. Good times...

In Sonic Shuffle, a lot 'o the mini games were funny. Like the one where Eggman shook a can in the vending machine. The loser would get splashed with soda! lol! Knuckles almost always lost that one!

One time no one got the Eggman can and he was shaking in rage! 😛

*Mouth drops open and teeth stick out through lips, while Sonic's eyebrows are spastically twitching at random*

Oh and all of Shadow would be hilarious if it weren't for the fact that it's so painful to play. nN

The funniest moment for me was actually my friend and I playing SA2:B on the rail level. I wasn't used to the GC controller, since I was used to playing the game on my Dreamcast, and sure enough I accidentally jumped off.

I yelled out angrily that I had lost only to land on a rail below in mid-yell. I won. My friend thought it was hysterical.

There are many short cuts like that in Final Chase and Final Rush. They take some skill, but if mastered, you can easily win.

Yeah, I knew about most of those, but the rail racing level doesn't exist in the DC version. The easiest is the area where Sonic circles around a "building" sticking down. All you have to do is jump off and aim for the rails below. (I whip her on those levels because the shortcuts don't scare me.)

Another funny thing was in SA1 when I played with the japanese dialogue. Sonic gets knocked off the Egg Carrier and lands in Mystic Ruins. He flails his arms and yells "Damn!" in English. (Engrish, kind of...) It caught me off guard, but I found it very amusing.

Many of Sonic Battle's scenes made me giggle. =)
But what I really love are the "I'm-loosing-my-balance" faces Sonic and co. do in the Mega Drive games.
Sonic looks so badass all the time and then when he gets on a ledge he just waves his arms around and is all "8O Help meeeee".

I love it in Sonic Battle when Eggman gets stuck in his own restraining device and tries to get out. Sonic sees him and says 'Is that a new dance you wanted to show me? It's great!"

My funniest moment came from those little random objects that littered the stages of SA2:B.

I was bored and raising chaos when I picked up a fungus in White Jungle. I said "Pick up the fungus..." and without moving put it back down and said "Put down the fungus." Then I picked it up and put it down over and over again saying the same thing. I don't know why, but it made me ROFL!

Especially saying it in Shadow's voice.

One word, "Yosh!"

You can skip the last rail entirely and drop straight to the goal ring. How's THAT for speed, Sonic?

Im gonna try that trick for Gadget. I WILL BE UNSTOPABLE!
